Look for the qualification period, how status is calculated, how long it lasts and whether it must be renewed. A benefit name should be read alongside its cap, expiry and exclusions.
Separate service from rewards
Priority support, account assistance and promotional rewards are different kinds of benefits. Record their actual conditions separately. Programme status does not remove the risk of a loss.
